Do designers retain ownership of their files?

Yes, completely. Venture Prints licenses your designs for production only. All intellectual property remains yours. You can withdraw from the program at any time and your files are removed from our production systems within 30 days.

Do you require exclusivity?

No. You're free to sell digital STL files, run a Patreon, work with other platforms, or fulfill your own orders. We only ask that Venture Prints is listed as your official US print and fulfillment partner for the designs in our catalog.

How are my files protected?

Designer files are stored in secured, access-controlled environments and used exclusively for approved production runs. Files are never distributed, shared with customers or third parties, or accessible outside of our internal production workflow.

Can I approve listings before launch?

Yes. Nothing goes live without your explicit sign-off unless otherwise stated. You review product photography, listing copy, pricing, and presentation before any product is published.

Who handles broken or misprinted parts?

Venture Prints assumes full responsibility for all production and fulfillment related issues. If a customer receives a broken or defective print, we reprint and reship at our cost. Your reputation is never on the line for our production failures.

What kind of designers are you looking for?

We work with original sculptors producing work at a quality level we can stand behind and represent. We're selective by design — a smaller catalog of exceptional work serves designers and customers better than a high-volume marketplace. If you're creating original designs with a defined creative identity, we want to hear from you.
